Our Students....Our Investment!

Now that our 2018-2019 school year is in full swing, the PTSO is responding to many unfunded needs from various departments. Part of the PTSO's annual mission is to obtain funding for these many worthwhile needs and WE NEED YOUR HELP to do so!

 

In past years our school community has raised funds for items that enrich our students’ school experience, such as donating $500 to International Studies for their trip, $400 to Academic Bowl for their trip, $1,480 for two dorm rooms' furniture, prizes through its second annual Read-A-Thon to students and teachers who participated including $812 to the ECE/Elementary/SND library, food/refreshments/gifts for teachers during Staff and Teachers Appreciation week, several gift cards as prizes for Rangers Got Talent, and various other essentials. We want to continue to achieve excellence at Texas School for the Deaf by financially supporting this year’s and future needs. Some of these needs include a LCD projector for the Library and digital recorders for the World Languages department, among many, many others.
